Exair's Super Air Knife™ provides an efficient solution for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors by delivering a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length with hard-hitting force. It operates at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 bar) while maintaining a sound level of just 69 dBA, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, part or component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening and filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations. The Super Air Knife features minimal air consumption, uniform airflow, variable force and flow, and a maintenance-free design due to the absence of moving parts. It complies with OSHA dead-ended pressure and noise requirements and is compact, rugged, and easy to install, with recessed hardware and special lengths available.
