Product Details

The Super Air Knife™ shim set is comprised of a .001" (0.03mm), .003" (0.08mm), and .004" (0.10mm) thick plastic shims, designed to adjust the force and volume of air consumed and output from the Super Air Knife. A .002" (0.05mm) shim is pre-installed in all Super Air Knives at the factory, allowing for customization based on specific application needs. The kit includes three shims, enabling users to fine-tune the performance of their Super Air Knife to achieve optimal efficiency.
