Exair's Super Air Knife™ kit offers an efficient solution for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors through a uniform sheet of laminar airflow across its entire length, delivering hard-hitting force. The Super Air Knife operates at high pressures of 80 PSIG (5.5 BAR), producing a surprisingly quiet sound level of 69 dBA for most applications. It achieves amplification ratios of 40:1, effectively entraining air to compressed air. The kit includes a Super Air Knife, a Super Air Knife shim set, an auto-drain filter separator, a pressure regulator, and a mounting/coupling kit for the regulator/separator. Applications include part drying after washing, sheet cleaning in strip mills, conveyor cleaning, component cooling, web drying or cleaning, environmental separation, pre-paint blowoff, bag opening/filling operations, and scrap removal on converting operations.
