Super Air Amplifiers™ are designed for maximum efficiency, featuring the highest amplification ratios among air amplifiers. This patented technology utilizes a special shim that ensures the critical positioning of component parts, allowing a precise release of compressed air at calculated intervals toward the center of the amplifier. The resulting jets of air generate a consistent, high-velocity outlet flow across the entire cross-sectional area, while pulling in additional free air for enhanced amplification. The balanced airflow minimizes wind shear, leading to sound levels that are generally three times quieter than conventional air amplifiers, compliant with Patent #5402938. Applications for the Super Air Amplifiers™ include vent welding, smoke management, cooling and drying hot or wet parts, cleaning machined components, distributing heat in molds and ovens, ventilating confined spaces, dust collection, and exhaust of tank fumes.
