The S75 x 6 female buttress to 2" male NPT pipe thread IBC valve is designed for use with IBC containers from Schuetz and Clawson. It is manufactured from FDA food grade materials, specifically a strong glass coupled polypropylene, under an ISO 9000 quality management system, ensuring reliable quality. The CPP glass coupled polypropylene material is rated to 150 PSI, making it suitable for handling most chemicals carried in IBC totes. The thread specifications include an S75 x 6 male buttress thread with a 75.0 mm (2.95") outside diameter and a 6.00 mm (0.24") thread pitch, which is the standard thread found on IBCs from manufacturers such as Schuetz, Clawson, and Fustiplast. Additionally, it is important to note that BSP fittings are compatible with NPS/NPT valves or adapters with a 2" diameter or smaller, applicable specifically for plastic fittings only.
