The adapter from 2" male camlock part A to 2" hose barb is manufactured from FDA food grade materials, specifically strong glass coupled polypropylene, and adheres to an ISO 9000 quality management system. Each adapter is bagged and labeled for cleanliness and ease of identification. The CPP glass coupled polypropylene material is rated to 150 PSI, making it suitable for most chemicals typically carried in IBC totes. The thread details include a 2" camlock male with a 2" BSP thread, where the camlock measures 63.0 mm (2.48") in accordance with A-A-59326: 1992 and the male pipe thread measures 59.4 mm (2.34") per BS 2779: 1986. An alternative shallow threaded dust cap can be utilized instead of a camlock dust cap, as referenced in part number 2BCS/20B/024. Additionally, there is a 2" camlock male with a 2 1/8" BSP thread, with the camlock also measuring 63.0 mm (2.48") to A-A-59326: 1992 and the male pipe thread at 62.7 mm (2.47"). A shallow threaded dust cap option is available for this valve as well, noted as 2BC/21B/024. Lastly, a 2" camlock male variant utilizing a camlock dust cap is specified, with the same camlock measurement of 63.0 mm (2.48") as per A-A-59326: 1992, and a corresponding part number CFH/20C/027 for the dust cap.
