This adapter facilitates the connection from a 2" male camlock part A to a 2" female dust cap, constructed from FDA food grade materials in a robust glass coupled polypropylene, adhering to an ISO 9000 quality management system. Each adapter is individually bagged and labeled for cleanliness and easy identification. The CPP glass coupled polypropylene material is rated for a pressure of 150 PSI and is compatible with most chemicals typically stored in IBC totes. The adapter features a 2" camlock male with a 2" BSP thread, measuring 63.0 mm (2.48") in accordance with A-A-59326: 1992, and a male pipe thread with a dimension of 59.4 mm (2.34") as per BS 2779: 1986. Alternatively, the valve can be equipped with a shallower threaded dust cap instead of a camlock dust cap, as referenced by item 2BCS/20B/024. Additionally, a 2" camlock male variant with a 2 1/8" BSP thread is available. Similar to the previous model, it measures 63.0 mm (2.48") as per A-A-59326: 1992, with a male pipe thread dimension of 62.7 mm (2.47"). This option can also utilize a shallower threaded dust cap, referenced as 2BC/21B/024. Lastly, the 2" camlock male, measuring 63.0 mm (2.48") according to A-A-59326: 1992, employs a camlock dust cap, with reference CFH/20C/027.
