Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics high-performance tanks are designed for durability and efficiency, featuring exacting CAD-based designs and constructed from high-quality virgin resins. The tanks are translucent with molded-in graduations, making them suitable for general-purpose applications. Rated for use with media up to 1.8 specific gravity, the tanks can accommodate a fiberglass casing that increases the rating to 2.2, providing structural support and preventing bulging at the bottom. The casings are essential when using media with a specific gravity exceeding 1.8 or when operating at prolonged elevated temperatures. Optional factory-installed casings are available for separate purchase with the tank.
